As part of your onboarding, you'll begin with a 30-day probationary period designed to help you settle in, get fully trained, and show us your unique strengths. During this time, we’ll be supporting you every step of the way to ensure you're confident and set up for success. Once the 30 days are complete and you've successfully passed the probation period, we’ll send over additional documents to officially finalize your employment.
